Agile Coach (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Coach and mentor product owners, scrum masters, cross functional dev teams and management to enhance agile/lean principles & practices
• Support to transform a non-agile team to agile principles
• Continuously assess team agile maturity and ensure that the teams work in a self-organizing, flexible and productive manner
• Help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing their predictability, collaboration, and quality practices
• Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility
• Design, implement and promote an agile operating model that extends beyond the team level and focuses on the whole value stream
• Ensure that our enterprise agile transformation is successful in a sustainable way

Your profile

• Several years of experience in working as a scrum master and/or agile coach
• Have a can-do mentality and like to think outside the box
• Distinct communication skills
• Openness and self-motivation to learn, give and receive feedback and develop yourself further
• Ability to work in intercultural teams
• Social competence is one of your strengths, which you use in the collaboration with your stakeholders
• Working experience on tools like SVN, JIRA, Confluence and others
• Fluent in English and German
