Business Operations Specialist (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the entire order processing and ensure its smooth flow
• You ensure complete documentation in our ERP and CRM tools
• You record incoming customer orders, create delivery bills and invoices as well as credit bills and certificates
• You coordinate delivery dates with our production and external service providers and are responsible for smooth deliveries within Europe
• You document business transactions and contract management and ensure complete master data maintenance
• You are a competent contact person (m/f/x) for accounting, sales, production as well as for customers and partners

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your commercial training as an industrial or wholesale and retail clerk or have a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the areas described, especially in order processing
• Ideally, you have proven your skills in an internationally operating technology company
• You have very good knowledge in CRM (Salesforce at best) and ERP for order entry, delivery and invoicing
• You are proficient in using the MS Office package, knowledge of SAP BusinessOne is an advantage
• Your independent, conscientious and structured way of working distinguishes you even under deadline pressure
• You have very good communication skills, in German and English
