The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department in HR areas including recruiting, onboarding, training & development, employee relations, and maintaining employees’ records.
Your tasks
- Source and build candidate pipelines for all open positions, coordinate and schedule phone screen, and on-site interviews, facilitate the overall interview process, and provide world-class interview experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positions
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed on proper criteria
- Manage pre-employment administrative processes, including background checks, Form I-9
- Schedule training and development courses and follow up with the teams on their progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Maintain flexibility to deal with the ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment
- Actively participate in HR projects such as updating policies, annual performance reviews, annual merit pay increase
- Generate and present requested reports related to headcount and employment changes
Your profile
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry
- 3 years of experience with HR department
- Experience and proven track record with sourcing, engaging, and enabling passive candidates
- Ability to work in a team as well as follow through independently to complete tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and prioritize work on multiple projects
- Proficiency in Spanish is a must
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- USA work authorization is a must
