Legal Counsel - IT Data Protection Law & Compliance (m/f/x)

Your tasks

Advising the business units of the group of companies in all legal matters in an independent and, self-reliant and independent manner
Reviewing and creating contracts of all kinds, especially with a focus on IT- and data protection law
Negotiating contracts with international customers and partners and evaluate their terms and conditions;
Assuming responsibility for compliance matters including reviewing and implementing compliance policies
Ensuring legal control and advising in cross-divisional projects

Fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment or a commercial law firm
Legal experience in IP/IT- and data protection laws on an international level and ideally also knowledge of corporate law on an international level and in the field of litigation
Easy for you to familiarize yourself with unknown legal topics and complex, technical issues
You are characterized by a conscientious way of working, a solution-oriented way of thinking, negotiation skills and understanding of economic contexts
Ability to work independently and with a Business Partner Approach
Very good command of spoken and written English
