Product Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop, implement and measure product related marketing activities that facilitate the selling process in close cooperation with corporate marketing
  • Contribute to strategic marketing plans, product positioning and budgetary marketing plan
  • Screening of new opportunities for exposure and visibility of Utimaco TS business unit and lead-generation purposes
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customers
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products in charge, in conjunction with corporate marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
  • Plan launches of new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Develop, localize and execute channel, customer and prospect communication
  • Implement customer and prospect communications in accordance with agreed plans, creating copy for direct email communications, newsletters and promotional marketing activities
  • Develop and successfully drive Utimaco events for customers channel partners and prospect

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role, experience in B2B environment would be beneficial (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Project
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties – an outstanding team player
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer
