Produkt Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

  • Highlighting the competitive value of the product to a market segment (ex. Banking & Finance, Public Sector, Cloud and Cybersecurity Service Providers, Automotive);
  • Gathering and analyzing market trends and competitor information to develop messaging;
  • Developing attractive and relevant tools and campaigns to both reach new opportunities and customers and target partners and application providers, and cross-sell and up-sell to existing partners and customers based on a growing cross-product portfolio;
  • Preparing C-level pitches to support the sales and management team in acquisition and improve share-of-wallet;
  • Drive and create relevant and engaging content for the website and Sales in coordination and cooperation with Marketing, Product Management, Corporate Communication and Sales;
  • Analyze and optimize relevant KPIs for launch performance, cross-sell campaigns and pitches to improve ROIs;
  • Sparring partner and advisor to Product Management and Sales;
  • Provide agency briefing to develop content for PR, online and Sales;
  • Establish processes and ways of working for long-term optimization of Product Live Cycle Management with focus on product launches.

Your profile

  • Successful studies in the field of business administration, marketing, communication science or comparable education;
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in product marketing, product management or business consulting in B2B;
  • Experience with campaigns in B2B, C-level pitching and agency briefings;
  • Experience in design and optimization of product launch processes and portfolio expansion in connection with M/As;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and German, creative mindset, ability to visualize ideas;
  • Independent working style, structured and solution-oriented, ideally with experience in project management;
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing automation tools (Pardot/Hubspot) is an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel with a flexible and resilient attitude.
