Your tasks
- Project planning and implementation of service based on customer agreement
- Implement project within given budget, timeline and quality
- Customer satisfaction in service implementation
- Manage and meet budget (P/L and/or cost per project) and time targets in accordance with scope for individual customer projects
- Engagement and trust-building with relevant technical stakeholders from the customer and internally during project scoping and design
- Support to and interaction with other jobs and functions
- Identify and address day to day continuous improvement activities towards Regional Service Quality Manager and/or supervisor for further actions, related to tools, procedures and compliance fulfilment for Project Management
Your profile
- University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry
- Strong commercial experience with good understanding of project management tools and techniques
- Preferably PMI / PRINCE 2 / ITIL v3 foundation certification
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management
- Market knowledge of Telecommunication, Payment industry and/or OEM (Mobile de-vices)
- Management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
