Your tasks

Second level support for LAN Crypt / u.trust LAN crypt
Remote support for end customers, by telephone, via support tools, Teamviewer, etc.
Consulting and active (on-site) support of customers and interested parties during the introduction of products and solutions
Clarification of technical problems and support of the customer in the development of solutions

Experience as a second level supporter
Very good IT knowledge (Windows operating system environments, macOS , AD/ Meta directories, etc.)
Strong customer orientation and service-oriented working style
Good German and English skills
Motivation to familiarize yourself with more complex topics
