Your tasks
- Demand-oriented inventory planning and disposition, operational procurement / disposition of production materials and services
- Contact person for operative supplier questions of the purchasing department
- Further development of SAP B1 and/or planning tool
- Supplier communication, securing supply
- Responsibility for and further development of supply chain processes, in particular inbound processes for stock material
- Support order management for all outbound transport and logistics issues
- KPI and inventory management including reporting
- Inventory processing
- Responsibility over posting of goods receipts and related internal interdepartmental communication
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally as a clerk (m/f/x) for freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable degree with a focus on supply chain management
- Knowledge in the shipment of dangerous goods, IATA PK1 or PK2 certificate is desirable
- Knowledge in handling common customs procedures (Atlas)
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs (especially Excel), experience with SAP BusinessOne is an advantage
- Independent, conscientious and structured way of working distinguishes you even under deadline pressure
- Good communication skills in English and German
