Your tasks
- Be the point of contact (m/w/d) for our customers and partners; also in 7x24h commitment;
- Receive technical problem cases and work on solutions and improvements in close cooperation with Development;
- Support our customers in the administration of their systems and look after the product configuration as well as the RedHat Linux based OS environment.
- Conducting application tests and support Development and Product Management with the launch of new features and products;
- Independently plan service operations and be responsible for their conduction at the customer location.
Your profile
- Professional experience in the area of support and a successfully completed technical education;
- Experienced in the configuration of Linux servers and other Unix-based platforms;
- Very good technical understanding and ability to quickly assess technical situations;
- Enjoying the work with customers and able to identify and understand their needs;
- Sociable, goal-oriented and conscientious;
- Very good English and German language skills in direct communication with our international customers;
- Competent in working with TCP/IP networks, databases and Unix-tools like shell scripting and network analyzers.
