Effective January 1st, 2020, Martin Stamm took over financial responsibility for the IT security provider Utimaco as CFO.
Aachen, January 13, 2020 – Effective January 1st, 2020, Martin Stamm took over financial responsibility for the IT security provider Utimaco as CFO. In his new role, he will be actively involved in driving the integration and success of the two divisions of the company that offers hardware security modules and IT security solutions for companies and public authorities, among other products. Stamm joins CEO Stefan Auerbach and Chief Strategy Officer Malte Pollmann as a member of management team.
Martin Stamm has more than 29 years of experience in financial roles in the IT industry. As CFO of Diebold Nixdorf, he was responsible for various divisions and was in charge of the integration of Diebold and Wincor Nixdorf. At Utimaco, he succeeds Dr. Frank Nellissen, who had held this position since 2012.
