Head of Solutions (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• Lead an interdisciplinary team of Product Owners, Solution Architects, Software Architects, Scrum Masters and Build & Release Manager.
• Enable and coordinate the Product Owners to maximize the value of the product in the agile teams in synchronization with the product management.
• Drive and support the agile transformation to a Scrum process within your team and the empower the Scrum master to roll out a proper development process.
• Coordinate the solution and software designer to convert requirements to product features fitting into the product line.
• Enable and support the Build & Release Manager to set up a CI/CD chain and a documented release of feature over multiple product versions.
• Work enthusiastically with people in own group and related groups to achieve team or process goals.
• Regularly monitor and report on team progress and exceptions to your manager.
• Identify and track key metrics of system or process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Define team priority and projects, applying knowledge of business and resource constraints and gain agreement with senior stakeholders in engineering and the business.
• Confidently give appropriate presentations to small and large groups concerning aspects of team’s technology, processes, or projects.

Dein Profil

• Technical university degree and minimum professional experience within a software manufacturer in the IT industry.
• At least 5 years experience in a software development environment or close related function.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a Team Manager position.
• Experience in project management and delivery of significant, complex commercial software projects to budget and Telco experience are a clear plus.
• Experience of new technologies and architectures.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, development methodologies and life cycles.
• Visionary, enthusiastic, creative entrepreneur with very good communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Experience in agile development and Scrum methodologies - preferably with certifications - are a clear plus.
