IT Project Lead/ Scrum Master (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• You coach the scrum team(s) in agile frameworks and guide them to higher scrum maturity
• You drive the introduction of agile principles at the level of project teams and generate best practices for agile transformation
• You are the contact person for the Scrum Team, and manage other Scrum Teams and Product Owners in the implementation of agile methods
• You convey an agile mindsets in the teams and in the organization
• You analyze and improve existing agile processes
• You are the first point of contact for customers and control the relationship management and interface management between business and customers
• You facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration and are responsible for resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur
• You are responsible for several IT projects and manage these with a classic and agile approach (Scrum)
• You coordinate a comprehensive project management for the implementation of IT projects, taking into account objectives, deadlines, costs and contract compliance as well as planning and delegation of work packages
• You are responsible of multi-project management and different project teams in the areas of applications, infrastructure and network
• You design and implement the strategy of the IT operation

Dein Profil

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT projects and agility
• You have a university degree in the field of (business) informatics or related field with a focus on IT You have at
• You are solution-oriented, communicate goal-oriented, and are able to work in a team
• You have proven experience in the implementation of IT projects in an agile environment (e.g., SCRUM) as well as corresponding project management methods (e.g., JIRA and Confluence)
• You have profound expertise as a Scrum Master in agile development and are preferably a certified Scrum Master
• You know how to manage and concept coachings, meetings and workshops
• You are experienced in introducing and communicating agile methods and values in a traditional environment
• You skillfully use your organizational and always structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
