Lead Service Architect (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and business objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and Product Management to define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Define and own the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to refine product backlog items and ensure that they are clear, concise, and actionable
• Facilitate Sprint Planning sessions with the development team, providing guidance on prioritization and ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of the product backlog items
• Provide feedback and guidance to the development team during Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and roadmap, and that they are aligned with business goals
• Design and develop service architectures that are scalable, reliable, and secure
• Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve our services
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery of services
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Collaborate with Head of Global Service Delivery to ensure that services are delivered according to service level agreements (SLAs) and in compliance with industry standards
• Work closely with the Head of Development to ensure that services are developed using best practices and are aligned with technical architecture standards
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that services are aligned with business strategy and goals
• Ensure that the services developed and delivered are secure and have appropriate cybersecurity measures in place
• Lead and mentor other architects and product owners within the organization

Dein Profil

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar professional experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in technical architecture and product / service ownership roles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, and other modern software development patterns and practices
• Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and the Product Owner role
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and standards
