Product Manager (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• Manage the entire product life cycle for one or more products globally as part of the overall Utimaco TS product portfolio
• Gather market intelligence through competitive research and analysis of ecosystem
• Drive innovation for the released products together with the Innovation Management
• Provide the necessary information on the product and its benefit to Marketing and PR
• Represent the product line to customers, partners and all Utimaco regional offices, incl. lecture webcasts and presentations
• Provide sales tools for all products in close relationship with Marketing
• Responsibility for the feature requests process (based on Jira) incl. Jira workflow definition and follow-up on feature requests in close relationship with the Change and Configuration Manager
• Leading the PRM (Product Roadmap Meeting), incl. meeting initiation, preparation, lead, protocol and potential follow-up
• Generate and maintain techpapers, technical Announcements, system descriptions, standardized product presentations, etc. in close relationship with marketing and technical writing
• Coordinate go-to-market-strategy for new products in close relationship with the Innovation Manager and the Utimaco TS Management 

Dein Profil

• Diploma/ Master’s degree in Technical field, Computer Science or Engineering and additional business knowledge i.e. MBA would be desirable
• At least 5 years experience in Management of the full product life cycle for a product, or feature set for a larger product
• Ability to identify product development and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative research
• Focused on determining and prioritizing customer needs
• Building relationship with cross functional teams in multiple locations, in particular engineers
• Championing products across locations and the sales organization
• Development and presentation of business cases for product features and improvements
• Formal project management methodologies
• Understanding of user-experience design
• Ability to effectively mediate conflicting interests between multiple groups at all levels
• You can articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
