Deine Aufgaben
- Second level support for LAN Crypt / u.trust LAN crypt
- Remote support for end customers, by telephone, via support tools, Teamviewer, etc.
- Consulting and active (on-site) support of customers and interested parties during the introduction of products and solutions
- Clarification of technical problems and support of the customer in the development of solutions
Dein Profil
- Experience as a second level supporter
- Very good IT knowledge (Windows operating system environments, macOS , AD/ Meta directories, etc.)
- Strong customer orientation and service-oriented working style
- Good German and English skills
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with more complex topics
