Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• You provide technical service for our customers and partners in questions around the software and firmware of our hardware security modules (HSMs)
• For this you drive the developments and adaptations of firmware components, tools and libraries for our HSMs
• You support our customers in designing and building their safety-critical IT systems
• Knowledge transfer is important to you and you also like to contribute to the professional development of the other team members
• You independently plan occasional service calls to our international partners and customers on site

Dein Profil

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist as well as relevant work experience of at least 3 years
• Your interest in modern technology (automation / containerization) is boundless
• It would be beneficial if you have good knowledge of C, experience in C++, Java and scripting languages
• Ideally, you have experience in cryptography; certification and encryption technologies are not foreign concepts for you
• You are a problem solver and your quality awareness for the developed software is high
• Of course you are service- and customer-oriented, have an obliging appearance and are a convinced team player
• Your very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile perfectly
