Working Student – Learning & Development (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• Support with training bookings & advising the departments on training bookings incl. SAP flow                                               
• Maintenance of training participant lists and redistribution to different cost centres for controlling purposes                                                   
• Organisation and support in the preparation and follow-up of trainings:
  • Search for training location                
  • Booking restaurants                         
  • Creation and preparation of feedback surveys                                                 
• Research of training providers                                                   
• Support with the introduction and maintenance of the learning platform LinkedIn Learning: reports, learning paths, dashboard                                                   
• Evaluations of the Individual Development Reviews                                                
• Support in the creation of Power Point presentations

Dein Profil

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) & enjoy administrative tasks and are interested in learning more about working in HR
• Working with people is your passion and you're able to pass this on with your excellent communication skills in both German and English
• You are reliable and interested in a long-term job in a dynamic environment
