Your tasks

  • Define, plan, develop, conceptualize and coordinate online / offline Marketing campaigns and partner activities supporting the campaign needs of Corporate, Product, Regional, Segment Marketing
  • Develop the campaign framework integrating the campaigns for Positioning, Sales Push, Demand Generation, Brand Awareness, Product Launch, Thought Leadership etc. to drive brand awareness, increase conversion rates and support new account penetration
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners while working closely with the global Marketing team in Aachen
  • Create relevant content - emails (marketing and sales), blogs, events landing pages, social media posts and content for our web presence, etc. and support email marketing metrics and analysis in collaboration with Digital Marketing
  • Drive the digital marketing activities from idea, proposal, concept, implementation to result tracking and success analysis
  • Plan and manage projects, timelines, priorities, and budgets to evaluate and optimize ROI of the digital marketing programs and campaigns
  • Support the Sales Teams, and with strong online and offline demand generation skills for pipeline building
  • Research and assess best practices and comparative reviews of competitor, industry, markets and leading events
  • Execute, analyze and optimize account-based Marketing campaigns

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree at minimum, preferred Master’s degree in Communication or business administration (Marketing Major)
  • >5 years of proven Content Marketing and/or Account based Marketing experience; preferably in the IT Security industry
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Experienced Marketing expert with a strong background in demand generation, online, social, events, PR, partner, etc.
  • Understanding and experience working with digital marketing and CRM tools (especially Pardot and Salesforce)
  • Ability to adapt to changes in project conditions and act with urgency to resolve critical issues
  • Passionate about the marketing industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to follow budget guidelines and manage spending
