経営陣

2018年に諮問委員会の会長を務めたStefan Auerbachは、2019年1月にCEOに就任しました。Stefanは、情報技術とモバイルセキュリティのグローバル販売組織のR&D、サービス、マーケティングおよび管理で30年以上の経歴を持っています。Nixdorf ComputerでキャリアをスタートさせたStefanは、Siemens Nixdorfでいくつかの重要な管理職を務め、Wincor NixdorfとGiesecke & Devrientで長年にわたって取締役を務めました。

Martinは2020年1月にCFOに就任しました。Martinは、ビジネス プロセス、買収、合併後の統合に焦点を置く非常に経験豊富なビジネスファイナンスマネージャーです。Siemens Nixdorf と Wincor Nixdorf でさまざまな管理職を歴任し、2019 年までは Diebold Nixdorf Systems GmbH のマネージング ディレクターおよび Diebold Nixdorf Inc. のファイナンス グローバル ビジネス ユニット システム担当副社長を務めました。

Håcan took over the position of COO in January 2023. Since he joined Utimaco in 2021 as Vice President Professional Service & Solutions, he has been driving and executing our business strategies in the areas of service delivery and as a Service. Håcan has more than 25 years of experience in Solutions and Services, at all stages - from Solution design, Solution Sales, System integration, Managed Services and operation of critical Cloud / DC operations. He has held various management positions at Siemens Nixdorf and Wincor Nixdorf. Prior to joining Utimaco, he was Group Vice President, Global Head of Service Delivery Operations at Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security.

Cindy joined Utimaco as Chief Strategy Officer, Telecom Solutions, in July 2023. She has more than 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity and data protection industry, holding executive leadership positions in sales, strategy, marketing, and operations. Most recently, Cindy was Senior Vice President of Digital Identity & Data Protection for Entrust. Before that, she held various CEO roles at Thales such as CEO, nCipher and CEO, Thales e-Security.  

Stefan Zeichnerは、1998年にUtimacoに入社し、2011年から「合法的な傍受と監視ソリューション」事業部門の上級副社長（SVP）を務めています。それ以前は、2006年から2011年までUtimacoの研究開発部門の責任者でした。Stefanは、アーヘン工科大学（RWTH）で電気工学の修士号を取得しています。
