Your tasks

  • Develop, implement, and deploy product integrations and customized solutions
  • Develop solutions based on low-level code requirements, APIs available
  • Provide consultation, technical support and guidance to customers, through the integration, installation, QA, deployment, and production stages of Utimaco products, services and solutions, as part of a paid engagement
  • Ensure quality in the customer delivery and advise and consult customers and partners from a technical aspect.
  • Drive standardization by documenting work instructions and guidelines to be utilized by customers and for internal use.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Account Managers, and Solution Sales Managers to identify synergy effects between existing and new Utimaco products

Your profile

  • University degree in engineering, business, computer science, or similar related fields
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical sales or other relevant experience within the IT, and/or Information Security industry
  • Experience in IT support, R&D, or other relevant roles within IT  
  • Understanding of product and “aaS” integrations/programming
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Preferably CISSP / CSSP certification
