Your tasks
- Supervises general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
- Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
- Performs the timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing activities (HGB & IFRS)
- Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
- Conducts or assists in Group projects like M&A
- Manages and develops the Team for the German Accountants (Finance Business Partners & Accounts Payable specialists)
Your profile
- 5+ years’ experience in various Finance roles with very good knowledge of Accounting
- Financial/Accounting or Business Administration education
- Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards
- Good knowledge in working with financial accounting systems and taxation
- Ideally SAP Business One experience
- Experienced as a Team Manager
