Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung von Projektleitenden für sämtliche PMO-Disziplinen:

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Tracking von Projektplänen, Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern
  • Koordination und Planung von Projekt Kommunikation
  • Erstellung / Pflege / Auswertung von Excel-Listen
  • Erstellung / Prüfung von Projektpräsentationen und Reportings in englischer Sprache
  • Bei Bedarf: Erstellung von Prozessabläufen und Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben unterschiedlichster Art

Dein Profil

  • Du bist in einem Management- oder IT- bezogenen Studiengang eingeschrieben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten
  • Optimalerweise bringst Du bereits erste Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement mit
  • Offene, kommunikative, engagierte und einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
