Your tasks

  • Support in the daily work in purchasing
  • Creation of requisitions and purchase orders in SAP
  • Structure and maintenance of cost calculations with Excel
  • Manage and create accounts payable and items in SAP
  • Communication with internal and external steakholders and service providers

Your profile

  • You are studying at a university, preferably in the field of economics or computer science
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are structured and work reliably and independently
  • You are willing to work regularly from the office in Aachen in the hybrid model
  • Previous knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is required
