Heino Erdmann appointed new Chief Financial Officer of Utimaco

Aachen (Germany), 8 January, 2025 – Effective January 1st, 2025, Heino Erdmann has taken over financial responsibility for the IT security provider Utimaco as CFO. In his new role, he will be actively involved in driving the continued growth of the company that offers on premises and cloud-based hardware security modules and IT security solutions for companies and public authorities, among other products. Heino Erdman joins CEO Stefan Auerbach, COO Hacan Tiwemark and CSO Cindy Provin as a member of the Utimaco management team.
Erdmann has over 20 years of professional experience in IT services and software. Prior to joining Utimaco, he was CFO at Easy Software and held executive management positions at Sage Software, Software AG and IDS Scheer. At Utimaco, Erdmann succeeds Martin Stamm, who held the role of CFO since 2020 and retired at the end of 2024.
