Your tasks
- You are responsible with your accounting and reporting teams for:
- The preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the entire Utimaco Group according to IFRS
- Timely preparation of bank and management reporting
- As well as ongoing bookkeeping and local financial statements
- You are the group-wide contact person for all IFRS standards
- In addition, you manage the accounts payable/accounts receivable management of the corporate group
- With your global treasury team, you are responsible for:
- Short- and medium-term liquidity planning for the Utimaco Group and
- Acting as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders by ensuring compliance with existing policies
- In projects and mergers & acquisitions, you represent the finance department.
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration
- In your previous career of at least 10 years, you have led various finance functions and have gained at least 5 years of leadership experience in a decentralized international organizatio ideally in the IT environment
- System affinity and the continuous development of the existing system landscape characterize you
- You possess an independent, structured, and flexible working style as well as strong communication and persuasive skills
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written, completes your profile
