Your tasks
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g., contract management and personnel administration
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy
- You help enter and maintain master data by using our HR software.
- Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.
- Actively participating in the implementation and optimization of HR processes.
Your profile
- You are studying at a university and are eager to gain new or enrich your existing experience in the field of human resources
- You speak German and English fluently
- You are willing to work at least 50% in the Aachen office
- You are good at organizing and able to work reliably and independently
- You have experience with MS Office programs
