Your tasks
- You're a part of the team responsible for global network infrastructure services, covering planning, design, installation, and administration
- You offer 2nd and/or 3rd level support for IT Network services
- You continuously improve existing network services
- You're involved in the cloud journey of Infrastructure Services and support Cloud Services
- You're part of M&A projects and their integration
- You assist in supporting the network architecture. Documentation is part of your responsibilities, following ITIL and PRINCE2
- Lastly, you actively promote information exchange among departments to support our (internal) customer and be a team player within the overall IT

Your profile
- You're a certified Cisco Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment. Therefore we rely on your expertise in the following areas:
- Cisco Catalyst 9xxx
- Cisco Nexus Switches
- Cisco Firepower Firewalls and Firepower Management Center
- Cisco DNA including ISE
- Cisco Secure Network Analytics
- DCIM & IPAM tools (e.g., NetBox)
- Network analysis and penetration testing
- You skillfully apply your distinctive analytical and structured approach to work
- You possess excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German would complement your profile
