Your tasks
- Support project deployments at customers sites
- Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted Utimaco services at the client site, client satisfaction, engagement and customer retention
- Responsible for smooth resolution of Utimaco related issues and act as the technical contact person for the customers and partners assigned to you
- work closely with the Utimaco project manager and regularly report project status
- Submit proposed technical solution based on Utimaco products portfolio
Your profile
- Academic degree in a technical discipline and professional experience as an IT specialist, ideally as a Service & Support Engineer
- Good technical understanding and skills (Linux O.S, maintenance, patching, troubleshooting), ideally experience within the telecommunication industry
- Familiar with modern telecommunication networks, network elements, firewalls, network virtualization and ISO/OSI protocols
- Sociable, goal-oriented, conscientious and quick learner;
- Fluent in English both oral and written, a second language will be considered as a plus
- Willing to travel mainly in EMEA up to 80% of time.
