Your tasks
- Effective management of projects on budget, quality and time, as well as the handover of implemented projects to the service operations team
- Manage scope definition and estimation phase of customer project and create customer documentation, based on input from all internal stakeholders, acceptance criteria and execute the project
- Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
- Create cost estimation and pre-sales support for potential projects
- Project execution to contract fulfillment, including triggering of invoices and milestone payments
- Close collaboration with Sales Managers, Solution Architects and Customer Service Managers in Sales, as well as the Professional Services team
Your profile
- University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry
- Market knowledge of Telecommunication, Payment industry and/or OEM (Mobile devices)
- Management and leadership skills
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Preferably you bring a PMI / PRINCE 2 certification and/or a ITIL v3 foundation certification
