Your tasks
- Understand the competitive landscape of regulatory and standardization environments (like ETSI and 3GPP) and engage directly with key political, regulatory and public stakeholders on interoperability and functional topics. Focus of standardization is in Telecommunication on national and international levels.
- Participate in the work of relevant standardization groups and industry associations, which includes working on technical documents, developing and contributing to strategic positions and advocating for Utimaco’s interests.
- Recognize, monitor, and communicate internally the interplay of regulatory initiatives with standardization activities in the related areas.
- Advise, coordinate, and support implementing Utimaco’s strategy with respect to existing and emerging standards and regulations in the area of Utimaco Telco Solutions’ products.
- Actively network on various levels with partners and standardization people
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Sciences or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position covering the above mentioned tasks
- Independent and confident working attitude, detail oriented;
- Good knowledge in telecommunication interface protocols and telecommunication network structure
- Capable to work in a team, having good relation-management and intercultural skills
- Good communication skills in German and English written and spoken
- Mobile and able to travel up to 25%
