Your tasks
- Responsibilities: Technical Leadership, Agile Project Management, Code Maintenance and Refactoring, Code Reviews and Quality Assurance, Team Collaboration, Strategic Planning, People Management
- Make delivery commitments, communicate progress, and take ownership of the outcomes.
- Provide estimates and project-timing plans necessary for roadmap planning/prioritization.
- Create alignment around organizational strategy, ensuring goals are understood and achieved.
- Recognizes, recommends and takes necessary actions when progress deviates from plan.
Your profile
- Proven experience in leading development teams.
- Background in maintaining and refactoring legacy code (C/C++).
- Hands-on experience in coding and code review processes.
- In-depth knowledge of security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Windows system environments
- Good English language skills, good German language skills
