Your tasks

  • Responsibilities: Technical Leadership, Agile Project Management, Code Maintenance and Refactoring, Code Reviews and Quality Assurance, Team Collaboration, Strategic Planning, People Management
  • Make delivery commitments, communicate progress, and take ownership of the outcomes.
  • Provide estimates and project-timing plans necessary for roadmap planning/prioritization.
  • Create alignment around organizational strategy, ensuring goals are understood and achieved.
  • Recognizes, recommends and takes necessary actions when progress deviates from plan.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in leading development teams.
  • Background in maintaining and refactoring legacy code (C/C++).
  • Hands-on experience in coding and code review processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Windows system environments
  • Good English language skills, good German language skills
