Utimaco pays close attention to complying with export guidelines. Thus, Utimaco requires all of its resellers and customers to strictly adhere to the export guidelines valid in Germany and Europe, respectively, as well as the relevant embargo regulations from the United Nations. Utimaco reserves the right to audit its sales partners’ compliance with export rules.
